Hi! I’m Court,

A mindset and growth blogger. Spiritual AF. Firm believer in embracing the chaos. Passionate about sharing thoughts and creating a space for us to just be fucking real.

I don't have it all figured out- but does anyone? I'm an expert at nothing. But I'm forever learning and growing. And I love connecting with people and helping others. We can't control the shit life throws at us, but we can control our mindset and response. My hope is that through sharing my own experiences and observations, I can create a space that feels safe, relatable, and rooted in empathy. And maybe provide some inspiration.

I am a double Sagittarius- brutally honest and authentic - sometimes a bit spicy. My goal is to channel some of that energy and provide a refreshing perspective that embodies "be fucking for real" in a world where we are taught to dim our light, keep shit bottled up, never show a weakness, and force a smile of toxic positivity.

Why I'm here...

At the end of the day, I am human. I'm grateful for existing and simply doing my best to make something valuable of my time here. I'm passionate about connecting with others and building community. I believe that with the right intentions, we all have a voice worth listening to.

Some people will say you don't have the right to have an opinion on something at a young age. Or that you aren't experienced enough to talk about life. I say fuck that.

No one really has it all figured out and if you wait around until you do, you're gonna be waiting a long fucking time. Age doesn't equate to wisdom. Everybody is fighting a battle or learning valuable things in various eras in life. And to be curious, questioning, and adventurous about it at every stage exposes you to more life and puts you on a path for growth. We learn from each other. We learn from ourselves. Why can't we talk about that? When the intention stems from authenticity and a genuine desire for growth/connection vs. the need to "be right" about something- we benefit.

And ultimately that's why I am here. Treat my content like that deep conversation you have with a friend at 2am. I'm tired of so many important life talks and topics slipping under the radar because it's "too taboo" to talk about it. Most experiences are universal and you aren't alone- so why does society do such a great job at making us feel so isolated?

I'm not here to tell you I've got it figured out. I'm here to share thoughts, hopefully inspire, and offer a helpful perspective. I'm open to changing my mind, learning from you, and continuing to just keep taking life as we go- figuring things out the best we can with the tools we have at the time.
